What is inside
It opens with a short guide to Noom Learn, then how to sit, touch the pan and read your map. Then five levels, one page per drill. Level 0 is off the pan: your knees, your hands, the map of the nine notes. Level 1 is first sounds, a steady pulse and the arpeggio family. Level 2 builds the foundations: even hands, leaps, triplets and the drone. Level 3 is flow: the circuit, grooves in 3/3/2, call and answer. Level 4 is next steps: the four-chord loop, ghost notes and the paradiddle. It closes with care for your pan, how to fix a sound that goes wrong, and a practice log for four weeks.
How each page works
Every drill ends the same way: what to listen for, a gate to pass before you move on, and a tempo to write down. You always know what to play next and when you are ready for it.
