Noom Learn · Sound healing

Learn sound healing online, free to start.

Music theory for sound healers, in plain words. Every idea comes with a sound you can play. Made by Can and Melie, who hold sound journeys on a terrace in Lamai, Koh Samui.

Why notes matter

Some bowls rest together. Some rub.

Many people play by feel alone. Feel matters, but it helps to know why a pair settles the room and why another pair keeps it awake. Then you choose. Tension stops being a mistake and becomes a tool.

Here are six pairs, each starting from C. Tap one to hear it in the free Two Bowls lab.

Use headphones or a speaker. Phone speakers lose the low notes.

The course

Four parts, one sound at a time.

Two Bowls and My set (up to 3 instruments) are free as well.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need a music background?
No. Everything is in plain words: next note, skip one note, skip two notes. Tick Show theory names when you want the music terms.
Do I need my own instruments?
No. Every example plays on your phone or computer. Add your own bowls, gong or handpan when you have them, and the tool works with your set.
What is free?
Tone Lab, The Wobble, Two Bowls and My set with up to 3 instruments. No sign-in and no card. Your sets stay on the phone or computer you use.
Why do my 432 bowls and 440 handpan sound off together?
Two notes that are almost the same swell and fade against each other. That slow wobble is called beating. Keep one tuning for every instrument you play together. Hear it in The Wobble.
Is there a subscription?
No. Foundations is ฿590 and The Arc is ฿2,900, one payment each. Either book opens every level of the course, and you keep the PDF.
